Anyone think their recipe is the best?

This may prove interesting. I'm not a mixed drink fan, although I do like one occasionally. I like my Bloody Marys made with V8 juice with little or no hot sauce and just a hint of Worcestershire sauce.

I make 2 batches at a time. Some like it without vodka.

1 cup vodka
4 cups tomato vegetable juice
2 tablespoons bottled horseradish
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dill pickle juice
6 small celery ribs and lemon slices for garnish

I don't like the pulp from the horseradish so I run it through the electric juicer and through the pulp away.
Use a good tasting Vodka, otherwise it will not be an enjoyable drink.

You forgot the garlic or jalapeno stuffed olive!

Thanks for the responses so far!

I have previously tried different iterations of almost everything mentioned so far other than the bottled horseradish

Also my go to "tomato juice" is Clamato Juice, if you haven't tried it I do recommend trying it

I am taking a 3 day weekend this weekend, I think I may make a batch or two.

Add one more question.....

Favorite Vodka?

I have been drinking a little of Titos in martini's lately, wonder if it is good in a Bloody Mary

And the reason I got interested in Bloody Mary's again after a 10 yr drought was my last trip from Dallas home, I stopped in a bar in DFW and the waiter asked me what I wanted to drink with my lunch and stated they do a great Bloody Mary, and I have forgotten how I used to make them, so I figured here would be a good place to ask for suggestions

Plain & simple for me. Good Vodka over ice, add regular tomato juice, a little celery seed & a little Old Bay seasoning, & a piece of celery.

With clamato juice it is then a 'Bloody Ceaser'
One of my favorites.
But note you need some celery as the stirring stick.
Add spices to suit.

For anyone looking for a really good pre-mix, try Bloody Revolution. It's one of the best I've had, with lots of flavor. I've tried the Ribeye and Habanero. We also love a garlic or jalepeno stuffed olive and a pickled okra in ours.
