Quick Hitches Looking to add Quick Hitch compatible adapter to use SSQA

I want to use SSQA implements on my Speedco Quick Hitch. I found a unit that costs $1025 but looking for something more affordable.

I found chinacrap that cost under $300 but is not QH compatible. There is a plate under the top pin that will not allow the J hook to engage.

I would prefer not to use either "solution" and have something that works like a normal QH. Is there an affordable (under $600) adapter out there?
