I've owned ATV's, Odysseys, Pilots, Gators, Mules, a Rhino and an RTV. If you're looking for the best driving, best handling, strongest, and durable UTV, you can't beat the RTV. I currently have had my RTV and Rhino for almost 2 years. If you want to go for a white knuckle blast on the trails, the RTV is not for you. If you want a powerful diesel unit that puts all other UTV's to shame with it's powertrain, a reliable, durable, powerful, and extremely smooth UTV, then the RTV is for you.
The power steering is dismissed by competitors as being not needed. That may be so, but power steering is really not needed on your family car or on your pickup either, but it sure does make things much nicer! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif If I'm not wanting to make super fast runs on the trails, but have an enjoyable ride, the RTV is by far the first pic. I think all of the other UTV's use a belt for their drive system. The true hydro drive system on the RTV puts it in a class of it's own. You have more durability and more control. You will not ever have it freewheel down a hill or have to put up with the belt drive that is never as smooth. My best advice is to take one for a drive and look how it is built as compared to others.
