Looking to buy Yanmar Grey Market

Found an m23o1 Yanmar with seven hundred and sixty hours on the meter. The guy is asking forty five hundred. Is this a fair price for this model. Will aprecciate any info on this model.

Of course one of the most popular ones, the YM 1700, is not on there either. That list is all over the 'net, just in different formats. All of them missing the same models.

There is a YM2301D, don't know if there's a plain ole 2301 or not.

$4500 is not a whole lot for a good working tractor. If you have been reading posts here you will know that there are pitfalls to buying a gray. It would be a good deal if it were a ym2301D which would be the 4WD version which is much more desirable. You could get an old ford tractor for $1500-$3000.

The YM2301 is a nice tractor, very similar to the US version YM276, except the 276 is a power-shift.
