Looking to purchase a small tractor for 9 acres, I am completely lost.

I would suggest looking for an older Kubota B series. I have mowed 5 acres with one for the last 30 years. It has a 3-point hitch and will accept smaller implements like tillers, discs, brush hogs etc. The Case does not appear to have a 3PH.

you can come up with some descent deals out there, you just have to be patient
I just bought a Kubota L2250 4wd with FEL and frame mounted backhoe for $3000.
It has just under 3000 hrs and does need some things looked into but it certainly isn't a project tractor at all
I would put it to use right away
needs some pins replaced but a fine running tractor with a little tire rot
you just need time and patients
usually 2 things I don't have
