Really without a photo, it's a shot in the dark... Location, too. Are you in an area that tractors are plentiful or rare? Have you checked Tractorhouse.com these are just "asking" prices... add more for the backhoe.

I assume it's pretty clean (few hours)... maybe look at 25% off what you paid??? Just a shot in the dark...
