Lookng to take the leap

I've been lurking about the site for a while so I believe I will ask about this.
I have a 6060 AC with FEL and am thinking of either trading it on a 5205 JD with 4wd and FEL or similar tractor. Which will handle the implements I already have and be a much handier size. Or keep the 6060 and buy a 4110 JD with 4wd or similar tractor to do yard and lighter work around my 15 acres and my inlaws 32 acres.
What I would like to have on either tractor is shuttle shift, independent pto, flat or semi-flat deck with an open operator platform and mid and rear scv's.
I've been doing some research and the independent pto is the kicker. I do not like or want a two stage clutch.

If you can afford it I'd say keep the Allis as long as it runs good,and buy the CUT. The Deere is not as big as the AC,so it would be a comprimise at best. Plus it always does not hurt to have two tractors around.

I kind of agree with Woodbeef. There really isn't one good tractor for you. You need the larger, but it is too large to do the smaller tasks. If you have monies in the pocket, I would keep Allis and get a smaller one for the lighter tasks. A good mowing machine like the 4010 or 4110.
