The only reason I know about this is because my brother-in-law is in the construction business up north in chicago. he sent me this article with more 'great news' as he put it. Projects Funded by the City of Chicago Subject to New In-Use Rules | John Deere MachineFinder (i think he was being a bit sarcastic) he tells me things are getting kinda ridiculous and costing him a lot of money to comply with all of these new regulations and what not. personally, i think alll the new regulations and policies are a good thing. plus its always good to see him squirm a bit :D

The government doesn't care what they do to costs of anything.
It is only about regulations.

People are fleeing that state at an alarming rate due to the regs and taxes....last one to leave please turn out the lights;).

:mad:I live in the IL and would be lieing if I said I have not cosidered moving. The taxes, rules, and fees are braking me. Then to top it off the state don't have the money to pay for services provided after they double the income tax:mad:
I just with they(goverment) would use a little common sense and use there time fixing current problems not making new ones.
