Loose in the rear

the turn buckles that center the draft links are maxed out and still the arms swing a bit. What do I do? did something go bad? I have a I'match mounted on my 2210. I suppose I can place washers inside the Imatch and tighten up the slack for now. but with less than a 100 hours why should the adjustment be maxed out already? I admit I have torqued the **** out of my 3 point with heavy rear blade use -even bent my 72" woods blade- could I have bent the arms slightly ? or would the ball joints be worn already??? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I would think you could see a bend in the arms by looking at them... but they are fairly heavy steel. But, a 72" blade certainly is plenty of torque on that sized tractor, and if that bent, who knows what else!
You are saying that with the Imatch on the arms, the 3ph still has some sway to it, right?
Or are you saying the Imatch is loose on the draft links?

Yes, I suppose I have certainly tested the performance limits of the 2210. And the blade is too big for her, and i've made a deal with the dealer to replace it with a 60". And yes there is a bit of swing with the Imatch mounted, hence the idea of installing washers inside to spread the arms slightly and take up the slack.Today I took the entire rear draft links apart and found no evidense of wear or bend anywhere. I see on the arm mount pins there probably shoud be washers between the ball joints and the retaining pins? maybe not. May not be a problem at all I'm just wondering if anyone else out there has maxed out their turnbuckles?
