Loosing traction/or too steep

I have rear Rice tires and even if rear axle is locked it loses forward traction. I quess I have to take it slowly. Thanks all

If that doesn't work out, then consider getting some tire chains.

Hi, I was trying to go up to a bank to retrive a fence post and spun out getting there. Slope maybe 12-15 degrees . I thought it would make it, but with 4wd spun out anyway. I was surprised. I have a Kubota about 1900lbs bare , 4wd and front loader and a rear brush cutter and loaded tires added. Still spun out. What is the expected slope anyone can get up on or is the weight of everything going to tie me down.

Weird. I have loaded R4's on my Kubota and have no trouble on slopes that I would guess are a good 15 degrees.

I'm not sure if the pics do it justice, but this is a pretty good hill that I've drug many loads of cedar up to get them to a burn pile.

What type of soil are you dealing with?

grass was probably just wet. I spin out on no grade in my 3038e when its wet.

Just not enough weight. I had no problems ever until I took off my backhoe - now I spin out all the time. Put on chains. I run chains on my lawn tractor year-around. I'd never be able to mow the slopes in my yard w/o them.
