I have a 2012 MX5100 HST (900 + hours) and while using it to move sand( trenching a frost wall) it started losing power and smoking from the exhaust pipe. It still runs smoothly until I start to load it up. I usually run between 2000 and 2200 RPM when using the loader. I'm thinking maybe injector plugging up or valve train adjustment.
Anybody out there have experience with this type of issue?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I overfilled the crankcase with oil once - it idled fine but under a load it smoked and lost power.

As others stated change fuel filters & check for good fuel flow from tank to inj pump. Check to be sure fuel tank is venting by operating with fuel cap removed & shop towel covering the fuel tank neck.

Thanks for the replies, the smoke is bluish.in color indicating oil burn, possibly plugged crankcase vent.
