Kubota B7800
I bought a TNT kit from C&C and I installed it on my Kubota
7800 I plumbed from the power beyond outlet on the loader valve to the input side of the joy stick valve. I ran a line from the power beyond outlet on the joystick valve back to the power beyond inlet where the original power beyond hose (loader valve) was connected. I ran a tank return line from the tank outlet and teed it into the tank return line from the loader valve.

The loader works, the top cylinder works (I've
plugged the second set of outlets which will power
the tilt when I get to it), but I lost 3 point
hydraulics.

Any idea why I do not have power at the 3 point as
I've plumbed it?

When you use the power beyond outlet, do you have to turn a lever on the main valve to divert the flow to the PB? I have to do this on my CK20 to use the backhoe. I understand that on Kubota, if you use the power beyond, it disables the 3pt, but I'm not sure. Maybe you need to redivert the flow back away from the PB to the 3pt. but that would mean you couldn't use what's on the PB.

MadReferee probably has a much better idea of what you need to do as he knows a lot about hydraulics.

On a John Deere you would run a line from the power beyond port on the loader joysick valve to the inlet on the T&T valve. Then run a line from the outlet on the T&T valve to the existing power beyond connection.

I'm not sure about the Kubota setup but this would be for a typical open center system.

It sounds to me like you are diverting all of your flow back to the resorvoir where you teed into the the loader valve return line. That line needs to go to the power beyond instead of the reservoir. I think.

Let's see. I am going to assume that you got the power beyond sleeve with your CCM valve and installed it correctly.

If I follow your explanation correctly, you disconnected the loader power beyond port hose from the tractor hydraulic block. Then you connected the loader valve power beyond port hose to the CCM valve inlet port. Then you connected the CCM valve's power beyond port to wherever the loader valve's power beyond was connected at the hydraulic block. Then you took the CCM valve's tank port and teed it into the transmission where the loader valve's tank port hose connects.

Assuming you did as above everything should work. But you say it doesn't so that means you probably have the CCM valve's power beyond port and return to tank port reversed or the PB sleeve incorrectly installed. Recheck your connections and make sure they are going to the correct ports on the CCM valve.

Orezok,

Did you check your hydraulic fluid level after the installation, with cylinders extended?

It doesn't use a whole lot to fill the lines and cylinder, but today's CUTs don't hold a lot of fluid to begin with.

Good luck. Let us know your results.
