I hope some one can help out a dummy. I have a 2 row John Deere planter, cut down model 1240, and lost a part. ( Well actually 2 ). The part goes on the rear press wheel adjustment linkage and is used to adjust the planting depth. It is about 1 1/2" long, round and less than 1/4" diameter, and is no more than a " T " shaped piece. That is about the best I can discribe it.
Last year I lost one right at the end of planting my sweet corn.
No worries I thought, I have all winter to get another so I brought the remaining part home. Figured I could find the part or at least the name or part number so one could be ordered. Well here it is next year and now I can't find the thing to even post a pic. :ashamed:
Can anyone help me out with a part number or what the thing is called? TIA
