Same happened to me on my Mt180D.
After looking at all alternatives I ended up buying a set on EBay that worked out A-OK.

Mine were metric, I tried to make a new barrel as I had one proper RH metric tap but the left thread tap cost more than a set on EBay.

I figure they are metric, with correct size you might look here. Turnbuckles 1480

Metric? So now you can only adjust your 3PT in 1/10ths? That's a no go right there!

I see nothing in that diagram on item 9 I would hesitate to fabricable together if I couldn't find one from the dealer. It's not really a load bearing component or critical to the function other than some sway control.

Speaking of fabricate, I ended up going to my local machine shop and they're getting something together for me. They will do a far better job of anything I can frankenstein together.
