Hey ya'll.
Glad to be back. Everyone here in Livingston, LA survived Hurricane Katrina. The wind was very high though. Our electricity went out that Monday morning at 6:20 am. We got it back at 5:32 pm the following Friday evening. It was aggravating but we did it. I got everything cleaned up with my Mahindra and Bush Hog box blade, and a chain. All thats left now is to burn the piles of limbs and leaves, ant re-build my tractor shed which unfortunately didn't make it. Totally destroyed it. Luckily some of the older fellas around here told me to put my tractor in the middle of the field. Thats what I did and I am thankful. The shed's posts and boards collapsed on my Bush Hog, but didn't hurt it at all. The roof was laying in the field, which is about 80ft. from the shed.
Anyway,
Has anyone on here heard from the Mahindra dealer in Franklinton, LA.? SINGLETON SALES & SERVICE is their name. That is where I got my tractor.
Before the hurricane, I ordered about $200.00 worth of stuff for my tractor. They ordered it and I was goung to pay for it when I went there to pick it up (they are about 70 miles from me). I sure hope they are o.k. I really like doing business with them, especially Mike. I have tried to call, but the phones are down. I need to go get my parts because I need them and so they won't get stuck with the cost.
ANY help appreciated.
