Short of the Ramsey boat winch that TSC offers not much as you still need to clip it to the battery posts.
It has a mounting bracket that alows you to hook it on a ball hitch for line pulling in direct lines using the balls base to hold the winch when under tension.

Mounted on the front or back?
Front, you could probably pretty easily mount an ATV type winch and wire it in with the switch either at the front near the winch or run the switch back to the operator station.
Back, depends on whether you want it mounted to the drawbar or to the 3pt. Either way I'd look at one of the mounting plates or winches that plugs into a standard 2" receiver hitch and either get a receiver hitch drawbar or a 3pt receiver hitch set up like has been shown many times before in these pages. If on the back I'd rig up a plug to make it easy to put on or off.
TON's of small winches and accessories for them for ATV's / UTV's, if a 1,000 or 1,500lb winch is what you are looking for that's what I'd explore.
