Low productivity

I think that low productivity is causing problem now due to unprofessional hand. I advice constant fresher lectures and seminars.

I guess we are talking about employees. We used to joke at one company that employeees are like rental equipment; get the cheapest possible, over work the **** out if it, beat it till it falls apart, then send it back and get another
