Lower Back Brace Worth Recommending?

Looking on Amazon, all the choices are rather overwhelming!

Anyone with a positive experience worth sharing?

Just looking for extra support for my lower back when working, to help avoid some of the pain that comes after a day of working/lifting/etc..

I use a back brace called "Back thing" made by R.U. outside. I only use it when doing work the requires lots of lifting or bending over, and riding my snowmobile. I highly recommend using something similar. It makes a big difference later on after the work or fun is over. :thumbsup:

My lumbar salvation has been certain yogo/McKenzie/philates activities. The Little Cobra is noteworthy! AKA McKenzie #3. JUST DO IT!, you'll be glad I told you so. I do currently use a knee sleeve bought on Amazon as my knee is getting close to replacement-maybe? Strengthening the back is the better approach. My lumbar report is 3 pages long.

Lifting belts were all the rage for awhile. Guys riding motorcycles used to wear kidney belts for added back support. In the long run I'll agree the best solution is doing some exercises to strengthen the lower back.

Go to a chiropractor, get the x-rays and a tune-up. Go to the follow up visits and do the recommended stretches.

It works.

And do about 40 squats every morning.

I needed an operation as after the 3rd visit I was in tears before AND after leaving the chiropractor. It does not always work.

Good neurosurgeon worked wonders on me.

I don't know about back braces but the adjustable lumbar support on my new truck is sure nice. Make adjustments and I can walk upright when I exit the truck.
