I have a new 3510 and love it but have a question about setting up the lower linkage. I am having trouble getting enough clearance of my implements when the lift is at maximum height. I am only really being able to use postions 3-5 and worry about always pulling the lift lever all the way up. I have adjusted the tie rod (peice that run between the actual lift and the lower linkage) into the 1rts hole where it attaches to the lower lift linkage and this has helped but my plow still wants to grab the ground when the lift is up all the way. I have noted that there is still yet another hole near the end of the lower lift arm (in front of where the stabilizer system connects) that I believe could be used. Its actually labeled "rotary". If I connect the tie rod to the lower linkage at this point it would give me significant more clearance when the lift is raised. However, I am wondering how much lifting capacity I would give up and would it effect the ability of the draft feature to work properly due to the extra lift strain when I am plowing.

That's exactly what I had to do. Doesn't reduce capacity enough for me to notice.

I'd go ahead and use the rotary position. It isn't going to hurt anything at all.
