LS 190 hydraulic problem

I have a 2003 New Holland Ls 190 that has weak hydraulic pressure and do not hear pump load when cylinders bottom out .
Also have limited forward travel on left side of machine . Reverse is fine . hELP! Looking for advice . Any is appreciated
