I'm getting ready to do my 50 hour service. Oil & Filter. Hydraulic filter. Pre-fuel filter, grease, clean radiator, etc.

My question is about some of the items on the list, specifically: Check front axle oil level. Torque exhaust manifold bolts. Torque of wheel bolts and nuts. Clutch pedal free play. Brake adjustment.

Question: When you did your 50 hour service did you do all those? And did you find any issues with any of them. Loose bolts? Low front axle oil?

Wondering about other experiences during 50 hour. Thanks Rich

And I should ask does anyone know the torque for a XR4046 on the "exhaust manifold bolts"? Thanks again. Rich

When I did my 50 hour service I did check every nut, bolt, and screw including on the loader. Didn't use a torque wrench just checked to see if anything was loose and nothing was.
I don't have a clutch (HST), brake adjust is easy to find and adjust if needed. With HST and most time on flat level surface I don't think I've ever used the brake except when I'm on the road. If I see someone coming up behind me I stop and hit the brake so the brake lights come on so they can see I'm stopped.

I just took my time and went down the check list in the book plus anything else to look for. IIRC it took me about 4 hours or so. Had no issues at all.
