LS MT125 tractor looking for fiilters and manuals

Hopefully that helped. You have part numbers to shop or buy their kit. Curious if you bought across the country as there wasn't a dealer near or was it that big on savings?
I used LS/ Case-New Holland filters on my 2025 sans the HST Filter, PN 40195621. suction is a ae-25 zinga which is normally shipped with the OEM set.

When buying my MT125 I did ask the dealer about service manuals. He seemed surprised that I would even ask and did not show any interest in getting a copy for me to purchase. If the owners manual specifies a part number for any of the filters I have not found it.

Well "ThirdMan" I have had the exact same experience. I found that kind of weird like they want you to bring the machine back for every little thing. That may work for some but not for others. So I am still looking for a lead to the factory shop and parts manuals for the MT125. I'm not looking for a free link or anything but I do want a set to have on hand. Another thing that is "mysterious" is a copy of the printed warranty. I dug through the owners manual and there is extensive coverage or the Yanmar Engine Warranty but I fine absolutely nothing about the rest of the machine in writing. I even have called LS and they seemed "surprised" that I wanted a copy. They refer me back to the dealer and I have been told three different stories from three different salesmen.

And thanks "LS mt125 owner" for the filter numbers ahead of time. While I haven't received my machine yet I know I am going to be very thrilled with it's performance and utility. As a professional mechanic myself I like to know about the inner workings of things so if there is a problem I can recognize it and know what it i

Okay gentlemen, here is an update on my search with some good news!
First I finally got the complete warranty document from LS today. Basic tractor and accessories that your work with is 2 years. But the engine and transaxle is the full six year deal. They stress using LS parts and I'm okay with that for that six years too. Cheap insurance for sure.

Next today I found this site:

RCO Tractor - Operator's Manuals for LS Tractors

These folks have a complete list of free downloadable "owners" manuals for all LS tractors including our beloved MT125. They also have the manuals for the loader and backhoe. Now the kicker for the loader and backhoe manuals is, they are not only operator manuals they are the complete parts books with maintenance and repair procedures. I'm going to call these folks tomorrow and inquire about the "service and parts" manual for the MT125. Then I would have all the documentation I am looking for.

So at this point I gather no one has the parts and service manual yet for the MT125 but I am out to find it.

Will let you know if I get lucky.

You beat me to posting the part numbers. Yes they are correct comparing to the ones that I have. Please post your results about finding the service manuals. I'm sure many of us are looking for it.

Well the plot thickens with regards to finding the manuals. As I started this thread I was confused by conflicting answers from various dealers. The other day I reported that RCO Tractor had a very comprehensive list of manuals and ALL the "owners" manuals for the MT125 tractors and accessories. Well I called them today and asked if they had the MT125 service manual AND parts manual for sale. I spoke with a very nice gentleman and he said they did in fact have these manuals and he would check when they would be put up on their list of manuals online. In the mean time I called the main offices of LS Tractor and asked them if they had the manuals I was looking for and if they could give me the part numbers of these manuals so I could order them from one of their dealers. Well I was told that LS has not made these manuals yet for publication and that was the end of that conversation. Well then I got a call back from RCO and again I can not compliment their sales and support staff enough was told that the only service manual for the MT125 was a dealer only publication at this time and that LS hasn't even produced a parts book for the dealers yet for this new model but even the dealer had to use an LS Dealer online system to order parts. Also to just add to the confusion for all this I sent an email inquiry to another big dealer and was told that they had both books and the service manuals was $299 and the parts book was $125. So you have to try to figure out what all this means. The LS Tractor main office says the manuals are not available. Another dealer has their own service manual that is part of their dealership and a third says if you have the money they will sell you the books.

So today I contacted a friend of a friend that has a friend that works for an LS Dealer (yea I know:confused2. He says he'll get me a digital copy of the service manual. So now I'm anxious to see what I get. Some where I read recently about a guy that negotiated a digital copy of the service manual from the dealer with the price of his new tractor. So this information is slipping out there. But for now it's just not as easy as ordering the manuals unless you want to pay $424 for books that the factory says aren't available.

So that is my report as of now. I'm still anxiously awaiting my new tractor to be delivered. The dealer was nice enough today to send me pictures of the actual tractor that they have sold me serial number and all. So I have seen my tractor but I will post pictures of my tractor in my yard when I get it. But rest assured the parts and service manual saga is not over yet.

I do know that there is a dealer only LS website they can log onto to view manuals. I don’t think dealers want that info getting out as it might hurt business.

Well I have to report my "friend of a friend of a friend" came though with a thumbdrive with all the service manuals on it. This is truly an amazing book and I never did confirm that you could buy it. But I got a copy and had it all printed out and bound today and it's almost 600 pages. If nothing else this manual gives you a great idea of just how your tractor is built and how it works. The main hydraulic pump, HST and final drive transmission is absolutely amazing. The way the parking brake works and then the clutch for the PTO and there is good reading in there for any gear head. I did not get the parts manual for it though. This was the book that I was told is not even made yet for the dealer. This was the point I was making that the dealer has to go to and log into the dealer LS website to order parts. But I'm here to say you got all the information you need in the service manual for the tractor. So I can say I have seen the manual and it's awesome for sure!! Now all I need is for my tractor to be delivered so I can post pictures of it.

Any chance your friend of a friend could get the manual for an XU6168? I can make it worth his time and effort.
I can’t find it online anywhere yet. I know it exists, but my dealer says he can’t save or print it.
I am a couple hours away from the closest dealer, and 6 hours away from the dealer I purchased from., so I would rather take care of things myself whenever possible.
