LS MT225S Rear Remote Set-Up

Good Morning All,

I am finally purchasing my first Tractor. I'm going with the MT225S. I am ordering it with 3rd function on the front as well as rear remotes. I was wondering if anyone else has this setup currently that would be able to share a picture of the rear remote setup. I'm mostly curious in how the rear remote is set up, located, and where the lever is. Also, does the MT225S have a New Holland twin?

My neighbor has the 225-S and wanted the rear remotes.... unfortunately they were not available when he got the tractor.... so can't help you there.

New Holland does not have the twin ..... yet.... The 225-S has become one of the top sellers for LS. I'm sure that NH will jump on the bus eventually, unless LS decides it

ordered rear remotes for my MT240 a month and a half ago, still have not arrived. Dealer was told they were on back order, and didn't tell me. I've been pressing them, and they got the "Territory Rep" involved, that person is supposed to be picking the kit up from the LS Depot (where they assemble and ship from I guess) and will hopefully have it in town next week. When it's finally installed, I'll post pics. Should be similar on the 225, I think they're the same frame.

According to my selling dealer, NH either has or will have one, built by LS and he said you can expect to pay a couple of K more for it. I don't have rears on mine as I have nothing requiring such. If I need such, I'll just tap into the FEL ports. On being popular, get one and you'll see why. My dealer talked me into that model and I thank him for his wisdom.

Big difference in frame size of the 225-S.... that's the equivalent of the XJ2025 size. The MT 225E /HE is the same frame as your 240.

The remote kit for the 225-S is only one pair.... that is disappointing.
