NAEDA Announces 2015 Manufacturer Awards- Companies Recognized for Exceptional Service to their Dealer Networks
And the recipient of the 2015 Dealers Choice Award, Tractor Manufacturer is LS Tractor USA!!!!!
The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) annually conducts the Dealer Manufacturer Relations Survey. This survey allows equipment dealers in North America the opportunity to rate the companies whose products they represent on 12 key categories of dealership operations and support. They range from OVERALL SATISFACTION, PRODUCT AVAILABILTY, PRODUCT QUALITY, PRODUCT TECHNICAL SUPPORT, PARTS AVAILABILITY, PARTS QUALITY, RETURN PRIVILEGES, COMMUNICATIONS WITH MANAGEMENT, WARRANTY PROCEDURES, WARRANTY PAYMENTS, MARKETING& ADVERTISING SUPPORT AND MANUFACTURER RESPONSES TO DEALER NEEDS/CONCERNS.
LS was rated NUMBER ONE in ELEVEN of the above mentioned categories including NUMBE ONE in OVERALL SATISFACTION.
