Howdy..
Just a guy from Louisiana... had Allis Chalmers, Oliver, Farmall... not much on John Deers..

Anyway, due to health reasons I got out of push mowers and got a Cub Cadet Lawn tractor..

I've already rebuilt the mower deck because the blade bearings failed after the first season.

Now, I'm trying to keep this one running...

Anyone have an idea why the park break locks up...?

Welcome to TBN :thumbsup: One reason for parking brake lock up is the brake "over" engages then won't release. Parking brake should only just be tight enough to hold the mower when locked. If you post your question in the appropriate forum you will get more response
