I did take the battery to an auto parts store. The battery load test proved the battery is still in working cindition.
I did have a thought, as I possibly left out an important detail. When mowing the pto would engage at full power and then it would notcompletely stop working. It would go to maybe 25 percent power. It would still spin the blades and cuttings would be thrown from the discharge. However the distance and momentum would not be the same as while in full power.
Could this be caused by either the belt or not enough tension on the belt.
If it's not that I must concludconclusion de the pto is broken.
