There is only one fill point for the entire transmission(square headed plug on top of main transmission body, sometimes marked with red paint). The oil added there moves through the case walls via the bearings where the shafts pass through the walls. There are also most likley other holes to allow fluid flow. From that one point, the fluid flows forward through the main transmission case(transfer case is located on the bottom of this) to the creeper/shuttle case. It also flows toward the rear to lube the rear differential.
There has been one claim I have read on this forum about someone finding NO oil in the creeper/shuttle case untill after they flushed and re-filled the transmission. The creeper and main transmission covers come off easy enough so this is quite easy to check I would reccomend this anyway when flushing as there are a lot of cavities in the bottom of the transmission that will hold fluid after the drain plugs are removed.
When I did mine, after draining the old oil out and refilling with kerosene and running around the yard for a bit, I drained the kero and removed the top covers. I then used a large syringe used for mixing 2 cycle oil, to suck out quite a bit more kero and metal shavings from the case bottom. I then re-installed the drain plugs and added oil to the main case, noting that the oil flowed freely into the creeper case.
