Lucas Brand cordless drill powered Grease Gun. Opinions anyone?

Decently priced and I have a few 'so-so' old battery drills that I'd adapt.

I has good reviews, the working pressures seem good also. Its a lot cheaper than the big name brand battery powered units.
If I knew about this product last year I would have bought one. I bought a battery powered grease gun for about the same price and the batteries drain down just sitting there. I have drills with lithium-ion batteries that hold a charge for a long time so
it would be always ready

Intrigued by this as I dont want ANOTHER battery to maintain and yes I too have a drill that I could donate for the cause.

Someone hurry up and buy one to let the rest of us know! I too don't want another battery but no grease gun offered for the lines I have.

It just isn't necessary for me to have that much portability in a grease gun. I do all my greasing at the shop, so a pneumatic one works great for me and at most cost $40 and don't have to worry about replacing a battery that would sell for as much as the component it fits when new. I never understand that pricing when a replacement battery for a drill cost as much as original price of the drill with 2 batteries, charger and case.

If you need to take your grease gun everywhere with you that this might be good option. I had a lincoln battery powered grease gun a while back and it was nice but had to justify in the end. I too use my home shop for maintenance so now I don't need portability anymore and my $20 hand pump works just fine.
