Lucas DES Pump, Diesel Leak

I have a problem with diesel leak from Lucas Pump as below picture. I don't have the assembly drawing for this pump so I am not sure how to repair it. Is the diesel leak from overflow valve?

This pump was installed on Ford New Holland 6610S Mexico Factory 1994




Please help me to repair this diesel pump. Thank you.
