sad day on the farm today-took my companion(lucky my cat) to the vet wens she said I schould leave him for a few days I said ok then we left got a call from the vet this morning and she said lucky passed away cant quite belive it he was always at my side liked to jump in your lap .with a box of cleen ex we made a box and dug a hole for him where going to go and pick him up later today they can sure find a way to get into your heart gona miss him so there is another chair empty .

Dixstir, I hope Lucky had a good long life. It sounds like you were the best of friends with him and he trusted you enough to make you his pal. You know, cats aren't trained. They actually train us, and then give us little bits and pieces of affection to keep us in line. Losing a pet is hard, but you took good care of Lucky as you were doing in the end. He's gone on to a place where there are meadows of catnip, balls of twine, and no hairballs. He dines on the finest smelly liver and fish anytime he wants.

I am very sorry. We have a dog named Lucky (my youngest named him when we picked him up from the shelter).

Pets are the best, always there with unconditional love.

Sorry to hear that.
I know just how you feel .
We lost our Kitty on 8/5/11.
That was hard after 17 years of growing attached.
We named her sugar babe because it was the cutest smartest sweetest cat we have owned .
She was 20 years old.
