M-F 202 a workbull ?

looking to buy this M-F 202 with loader and blade ($2200) it has no power steering.
ser # JGF-301970.. is this tractor considered a workbull ?

The 202 is an industrial model in the Work Bull series problably about 4,000lbs or better. Good old tractor but I would caution you buying a loader tractor without power steering, makes operating it kind of tough.
