M/F 285 excess steering play

My 1978 M/F 285 has an abnormal amount of play in the steering. You can turn the steering wheel 10 turns before it reacts. I cannot see anywhere on the power steering box to adjust the sector shaft. Anyone have any solutions? Thanks.
