Don't forget to remove your mower deck belt for winter storage so it doesn't get set in one spot and cause a vibration next season. It is easy to do with Larry's mower stands, with the deck standing up vertically you can rotate the blade with one hand and pull the belt outward (off the pulley) as you rotate the blade. Also makes cleaning the under side a breeze.

Good idea about removing the tension. I just loosen the belt by slipping the belt out of the tension wheel and leave the belt in place. Next season I just refit the belt to the tension wheel and I am ready to go....
