M4700 value ?

Going to an auction next week w/ a one-owner M4700 4WD FEL 623 hrs. Tractor supposedly sheltered, but no pre-auction viewing. Anyone have a guess as to reasonable price on this as I have a very interested coworker. Thanks in advance !

FYI, This was a pretty decent machine w/ quick-detach FEL 72" bucket. A few small dents in hood, a platform step that needed straightening, 30-40% rubber - had been outside but had canopy. The final bid was 13.5K and it got no-saled - owner wanted 16K. I personally think he should have took the final bid.
