M4900 Kubota locked in Rev???

I have a M4900 cab tractor with syncro-shuttle that I put in reverse and now it won't come out of rev. If the 2 speed selector and the 4 speed selector are both in neutral and I put shuttle in fwd it loads engine. It will back up in all gears. I checked shuttle shift linkage and it all appears in working order to the clutch housing. I've owned tractor for 4 yrs and it has 1452 hrs on speed/hr meter. I'm stumped. Hope this will help. My L245DT also would hang up in rev. If you have a stick with gears like i do check the shifting forks on the top where the shifter moves. Mine was worn and the trans. was not synchronized .I was able to repair by silver soldering and filing the worn areas. If you need more infor, let me know.
