M59 - hydraulic ram sizes for top & tilt?

I am a new M59 owner and the previous owner got the 3 valves but did not get any rams. Does anyone know the right sizes to get to replace the top link and one of the links to the lifters?

I used to repair and install fax machines. When I walked in to fix a machine, someone would say "the fax man is here". When I retired 12 years ago I became an ex fax man!
