M9000 hyd.shift

We own a 2003yr. M9000 Kubota with hyd. shift and LA1251 loader. Problem with shift and loader. When tractor is 1st. started loader works fine for few minutes then becomes sluggest. After warming up for several minutes it works better. Have bled air from system by manuel rec., changed fulids and filters. Filters are tight. When draining fluid, I also removed a plug -manuel said it was to drain water from cluch- got aprox. a qt. of trans. fluid from that sight. Rest of fluid from regular drai plug. I assume the tractor has a wet cluch. Neither our orp. manuel or shop manuel has any info. obout hyd. shuttle or wet cluch. Would appreciate any help or information. Just an old Ky. boy. Tractor has 450 hrs. on it.
