The chipper is on the short list for sure.
I'll be using it to build a horse arena, clearing plus making trails for ATV's in a valley area of the property. Then, work. Pulling up concrete drives to digging foundations. When the wife lets me, building our next place.
It has a 16" BH bucket right now and thinking a 12" might work better. Any ideas on why not or?
As far as room goes, not much here (city), used to be farmland but in the last 30 years that has changed! I'll be storing it at the family "retreat" across the water. Not sure why we call it that since all it's been is work
At least your retreat is across the river. Mine is 80 miles away.

Across the Puget Sound. I either drive around for about 90 miles or take a Washington State ferry across. Then its about 30 miles but they nail me when I bring a trailer!I guess I look like a semi in my little old F-150 to them.
I'm a "younger grandfather", the thing I need to worry about is them finding the keys to the tractor! I left a mini excavator at their parents house (with the keys) and my SIL had to chase the 6 year old down as he was driving off. Good thing they are SLOW! But in his defense, he thought it was much more fun than a Wii game. I'm going to encourage this fascination with tools, responsibly though. I'm hoping my grandsons won't be girly men like their Dads.

O, I forgot to add that I also need to worry about them copying some of the stupid crap I do still.
By the way, nice seeing folks from around the country on this. Elvis and I have been to about 40 states on our drives. Spent the most time in Pennsylvania though as my youngest went to Carnegie there. I find myself checking to see if I've been to the area people are from and seeing what I remember. Have to say though, loved the mid-west and the open country, lack of traffic jams but not the South Dakota staters They don't seem to like dogs ... long story.
