magnum mulcher: replacing carbide teeth with knives

i was wandering if anyone has replaced their carbide teeth with knives like the cimaf type? i saw a post by someone long ago on here but never heard back to see if it was possible or even would work effectively.

our knives would not fit on that machine with out MAJOR modification...fecon has a chipper style tooth that is the closest anyone else has come to it...

The best you could do is the Eagle Claw teeth, they make a cutting tooth to fit a Magnum.

quickdraw, thanks so much for the link. i dont have a mulcher yet, but i was thinking that there should be an alternative for the folks that are not lucky enough to own a cimaf.

I think Magnum will sell these directly from the factory too..not 100% sure.
