Something that has been discussed before is the amount of material that gets into the radiator when mowing tall weeds. This may only work on the 15 series but maybe it will apply to others using the same screen setup. To get around this problem and so far it seems to be working wonderfully was to add door/window sealing foam which has a sticky side to the factory screen top, bottom and sides and then I also plug the holes at the top of the radiator side where the screen doesn't cover it. The picture shows the amount of material I got today, yesterday I had three times as much and none got to the radiator all was stop at the screen and just used a hose to remove it. Before I add the foam it looked like the weeds and junk was being sucked in from the sides and bottom and ended up in the radiator. Sorry for the bad picture didn't check before cleaning the screen.
