Mahindra 1526 and BH5600 PTO 3 Point Backhoe Tractor Excavator Attachment

Hey all,
I have a Mahindra 1526 and just got a BH5600 PTO 3 Point Backhoe Tractor Excavator Attachment. I'm just learning to weld and actually found 3 bolt holes right under where the FEL subframe is. ANy ideas on how to mount a subframe on to this to connect to the BH so i dont have to use it as 3pt only. It already snapped/broke my PTO shaft. Any help/ideas please??? I've been reading all kinds of threads and watching youtubes. Needing some help/guidance.

There's a number of threads on here of people making subframes. A search should find them. Maybe you can buy a subframe for the 1526 and adapt it to the BH. Many BHs are made to be both subframe mounted and 3pt mounted as you noticed.

If your 3pt mount does not have bars that prevent the 3pt from being pushed up, make some soon. Otherwise you can push the 3pt up and possibly get squished.
Search for 3pt backhoes on the internet and you'll see examples.

If your pto shaft bottoms out as the 3pt raises, the pto shaft needs to be shortened. Jamming a too long pto shaft in to the tractor can damage the tractor.

You might be able to add a quick hitch to gain some distance from your tractor.

I'm going to add some pics today of what the back of the tractor looks like and the backhoe. I just can't see how anything will mount to the subframe.

Every tractor is of course different, having said that look at how different setups are done and see what would work best for your tractor, start with what Mahindra does.
Here's a link to a post I did on how I modified a NH backhoe to fit my Kioti. Not great pics I'm afraid. My goal was to make it easy to take on\off, and of course strength. After many hours use I can say I succeeded both ways.
There are many many good posts in this forum showing how people built subframes, look thru those, tons of great info and then you'll have a better idea how to build something yourself.
