Mahindra 1815 HST
I have a Mahindra 1815 HST tractor and
I went to use the bucket today and the curling function for the bucket wasn't working.
It seems like something fell off or broke on the joystick under the boot but I'm not sure what.
I took the boot off and I can't quite tell how this thing works
It's a Cross joystick, I couldn't find any type model number on it.
There weren't any broken or loose parts in the boot.
Here are a couple of pictures.
If someone can tell me whats missing or broken would really appreciate it

Thanks, Russ

Russ,
In looking at the pictures it look like the one pivot point (ball assy) is unscrewed and in the other picture it looks tightened down. Did you try adjusting something or is this the way looked when you pulled the boot off?

On my loader valve there is just one stationary pivot point and the then connects to the two spools. Hard to tell from the angle of the pictures but almost looks like two different fixed points on that valve. Can the handle base be rotated so that it attaches to both spools and a fixed pivot point and provide the proper loader movement?

I sent an email to Cross the joystick manufacturer to see if they could send me a
diagram and they got back to me pretty quick with a diagram and I was able to fix it.
The threaded piece that was through that sleeve needed to be connected to the valve with the ball top.
So I guess it just came loose and when I was moving it side to side it slipped into that sleeve.
So this is how it is supposed to be.

Glad it was that simple to fix. Surprised there wasn稚 a jam nut or locktite holding that ball in place

Look at these two photos. To me it looks like there is an Allen screw which pushes against the threaded ball end to lock it in place

Yes I did make sure that allen screw was tight this time.

Thanks, Russ
