Oil & Fuel Mahindra 1815 Oil Filter Change

I need to change the oil filter on my 1815 HST with FEL. I skipped it the first two times as access to the filter is blocked by a frame rail and a hydraulic line. Do I need to remove the line and rail or is there an easier way to access the filter?
