Mahindra 2310 4wd Fan Belt

Need help tightening the fan belt on Mahindra 2310 4wd. It is loose causing a squeal and the fan is not turning.

Have you checked to make sure that the water pump/ fan isn't locked up? If everything is ok, the belt adjustment is quite easy and very straight forward.
