Mahindra 2310HST Good, Bad or Indifferent/

I'm considering a Mahindra 2310HST 1300 hrs with a factory loader. I know close to nothing about the Mahindra brand. Can someone help me? Country of origin? Price range? Pros - cons of the unit? Dependability? Any info is more than I have - back to google until I get a response.

I have a 2810 HST which is the same tractor but with 28 instead of 23 HP.
They made that same tractor in 23 , 28 , and 35 HP.

I have had mine for three years and have over 500 hours on it. I have the FEL and the 3375 BH and have been very happy with the machine.

The 10 series tractors are made for Mahindra by Tong Yang Moolson of South Korea , and the engines are Made by Daedong ( Kioti tractors ) also from Korea.

It is a well made tractor and quite heavy for the HP . That machine is over 3000 pounds plus 600 for the FEL. I would put that 2310 HST up against any of the 23 HP machines out there. It's a machine that looks like it should be around 35 to 40 HP and not 23 . It will get the job done, but may take a bit longer with the less HP.

Mine was around $16,000 with FEL three years ago. I don't think they have made that tractor in 23 HP for 3 or 4 years. It might of have sold for around 14 or 15 but that is guessing.

I wouldn't be afraid of it, if the price was right......

Nuke, ditto what Dave in NH said, with one disclaimer; it lacks power in high range. It is very heavy for it's power which works great except trying to hightail it down to the neighbors in high range..for that it lacks. It needs a little turbo

I bought a 2005 2310 last winter and love it. They are a very heavy tractor for the HP. The Mahindra website describes them as a "heavy duty" CUT. I'm pretty sure that the 2310 is a 25 HP not 23 HP tractor.
