Mahindra's 24/7 website has been down at least a year now. You would think they would take a little bit of their advertising dollars and get it back up and running. It worked for the first 6 months I had my tractor and I found it handy on more than one occasion. I guess their reasoning is advertising makes new customers and the 24/7 site is for current owners? I find that very disappointing. I hope they see this and get their web programmers off their do-nothings...

Anyone else annoyed by this? Any dealers heard anything about it? Could some dealers pass on the word they're "getting customer inquiries" about it? It is bordering on ridiculous...

What kind of info are you needing? Will your dealer not help you with the info? Kinda what we are here for

The info I need is a date and time it will once again be accessible or an answer as to why this customer resource has been eliminated.

Dealers are not open 24/7, nor do I carry my printed manual 24/7, I do however have internet access 24/7, and their latest warranty terms (the only thing available on the 24/7 site) are of little interest to me...

The 24/7 site was a feature I had seen, used, and liked; I considered it a "plus" in the "Pros" column of what to purchase... Fast forward to now, they have taken it away and with as long as it has been down I would have to say they seem to care none whatsoever about bringing it back. If it was any sort of priority to them, I'd think they should have had time to do whatever they wanted or needed to do. If it comes back online as the same old system they took down, I can say without question my opinion of their customer service will decline and add a "check" in the Cons" column of what to buy next... A plus off the Pros column, a check on the Cons column; it doesn't take too much of that to start swaying customers to other brands...

With the amount of time it has been down, a truly amazing system should be taking it's place... It is a website; there was no reason to take the old site down to create a new one. The old site could have been left in place while the new site was under construction.

If you've ever been to the John Deere owners website you have seen it is unbelievably superior to the brand claiming to be number one in sales in the world. You'd think #1 would show it is number one. Heck, what can I expect from a company in India, a country with many ball cap manufacturers, when this company sends me an owners club hat made in China?

What's wrong Mahindra, who's in charge, hello?

Myself personally, I feel that the 24/7 site is good a good thing for general information, such as owners manual's and specifications. However- I was given a hard copy from the dealership when purchased. I was able to check it out before its outage and there was little to offer otherwise. I guess if you purchased used it would be an asset, but really, "how often do you look at any Owners Book"? This site has provided more valuable information and insight is just a click away. Regarding the trinkets such as hats and key chains...... give me a quality product instead- that is enough for me!! I don't care about the toys just the tools "I never did use the worthless screwdriver keychain that came for free with the screwdriver set" the screwdrivers are what I was after.

Now I do recommend with ANY brand tractor purchase to get the "Service Manual"... Money in the bank in the long run, unless you 'lease' your tractor!

I liked the 24/7 site because it was easy to bring up on any device anyplace I happened to be, allowing me to keep the paper manual I received clean and orderly; stored back with other documentation in case it were ever needed someplace internet access wasn't available.
