Mahindra 2565 2555 Hp rating

Good day all, I have been looking at new tractors and so far I like the Mahindra 2565 and the 2555 but I would like to know if anyone has any knowledge as to why such a huge difference in Engine Hp vs PTO Hp (2565 65Hp - PTO 50Hp) (2555 55Hp - PTO 44.5Hp). Seems to be a fairly large difference compared to other engines out there.

My apologies. I wasn't actually comparing the two tractors but comparing them to similar other tractors. I was trying to understand how a 65 engine HP tractor was getting 15Hp less to the PTO. It seems like a big difference compared to other tractors with similar engine Hp.

Not sure why the loss the 2565 is 15 hp. The TYM T654 ( same tractor different engine and transmission) has 67 engine hp an 62 PTO hp. The TYM T554 has 55 engine hp and 42 PTO hp for hst and 45 PTO hp for shuttle. I wouldn't think that the 2565 non hst would lose 15 hp. Seems like a lot. Seems most will lose around 10 hp in that range. I'm surprised that the T654 only loses 5 hp. Could just be a mistake.
