My tractor is back to working and I am a happy camper. Might as well close this thread.
hello has your issue been resolved? If so what was the problem?I talked with them yesterday and they finally got it into the shop. No status when they will break it down. Will update when I know more. Did you get yours from Anderson Feed in Dahlonaga? I am also in Cleveland GA.
Speaking of bolts. During the time they had my tractor I asked the service tech to do a full service, grease everything, and check for loose bolts. Well the tractor sat in my barn over the winter and when I finally got back to using it, I did not think to check the bolts. After about 5 hours of use I noticed the bucket was at a weird angle when lifting. I got to looking and all the bolts on the under carriage were missing and the bracket that holds all the hydraulic hoses was snapped off at the weld. I contacted the dealer and they picked it up. Still waiting on parts. I called Mahindra and they were no help. I asked to speak with management and they won't even call me. I went to the BBB and filed a complaint just to find out Mahindra is not a member but I did find out they have an F rating and they refuse to address other complaints. I will not recommend this brand to anyone and I will probably sell the tractor as soon as I get it back from the shop. I need a company who will stand behind their product.Did you read post #24? No idea about repair cost or why bolts came out in the first place...
