Hey all I have a 2001 mahindra 5005-di. The other day i brushhogged a pasture for the neighbor and the tractor was fine. 2 days later I went to unhook the brushhog and reverse made an awful grinding sound. I noticed then it would no longer shift into 2, 3, or 4. So I put it in the garage and checked transmission fluid and it was full. I drained the fluid and it had metal shavings built up on the plug all the shaving were super fine. I pulled the shifting cover off and noticed behind the big gear in the back the bearing had started coming apart.
Has anyone else had trouble like this? Im curious as to what im looking at for a repair bill.
