Mahindra 5010 fuel leak from vent tube

I hope the picture is clear enough, when tractor is running I have fuel leaking from this vent tube on top of valve shut off. It's leaking enough that I can smell it when in the cab. I only have the owners manual which shows nothing, is this normal?

Most of the time you correct that by taking those two small screws out that hold the shut off valve in and reposition the rubber seal under there. It seems to get stuck to the valve and when you turn it, the rubber distorts.
